The promoter is Honky Tonk Australia (“the Promoter”).

To enter, participants must:

● Be Australian residents with a valid Australian postal address.

● Be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

● Hold an Australian bank account.

● Follow @honkytonk_clothing and @future.caravans on Instagram.

Employees, contractors, immediate family, or anyone professionally associated with the Promoter are not eligible.

The Giveaway runs from:

12:00am AEDT on 6 November 2024 to 11:59pm AEDT on 14 December 2024 

(“the Promotional Period”).

No entries will be accepted outside these dates.

Eligible participants receive entries by:

1. Making a purchase on the Honky Tonk Australia website during the Promotional Period.

2. Earn 1 entry for every $5 spent. No Limit.

3. Sending proof of purchase (order confirmation screenshot) via Instagram DM or email to the Promoter.

4. You are still following both Instagram accounts of the promoter and partnering brand at

the time of the draw.

Entries are counted only after confirmation is received.

The Promoter reserves the right to:

● Request additional proof of purchase

● Verify follower status

● Reject entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or unable to be verified

Failure to provide verification within 72 hours may void the entry.

The prize is a cash amount provided by Future Caravans ($1000).

● Prize will be transferred via bank deposit to an Australian bank account only.

● Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for store credit or goods.

● The winner will only be contacted via the official Instagram account of @honkytonk_clothing. Phone and Email contact may be made by Honky Tonk to the

winner, only with validation from our official instagram account.

The winner will be chosen by random draw on:

The draw may be conducted via livestream or recorded for transparency.

The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM and/or phone/email.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a redraw will occur.

By entering, participants consent to:

● Their first name and state being published on social media

● Promotion of their win by Honky Tonk Australia & Future Caravans

No sensitive personal information will be published.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

● Provides false or misleading information

● Fails to meet eligibility criteria

● Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the Giveaway

● Does not provide valid proof of purchase or follower status

The Promoter is not responsible for:

● Delays or failures in communication

● Technical issues affecting entries

● Loss, theft, or misdirected entries

● Any costs incurred by the entrant in claiming the prize

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter’s liability is limited to the value of the prize.

Personal information collected will be used solely for:

● Validating entries

● Contacting the winner

No information will be sold or shared outside of Future Caravans for prize fulfilment unless

required by law.

● Cancel the Giveaway

● Vary prize details. Where necessary due to technical failure, fraud, or circumstances
